Careers
Build things that get built.
Industrial projects are unusually tangible work. What you plan gets erected, commissioned and run — and you find out fairly quickly whether you got it right.
Why here
What the work is like
We are a young firm covering an unusually wide brief — advisory through to commissioning, regulatory liaison through to automation. That means less specialisation than a large consultancy and considerably more exposure. People here see projects end to end rather than one slice of them.
It also means the work is real. There is no research function producing decks for someone else to act on. If you write the capacity assumption, you will be on the site when the line is commissioned against it.
- End-to-end project exposure rather than a single functional slice
- Direct client contact from early in your tenure
- Statutory benefits, structured training and defined progression
- Site and travel exposure across sectors and states
