How we collect, use and protect information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
This policy explains how Nexus Industrial & Technical Services Corporation Private Limited ("NITS Corp", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information submitted through this website. It is written with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. Specifically, when you submit the enquiry form we collect:
- Your name and, if provided, your company name
- Your email address and telephone number
- The service you are interested in, project location and indicative investment range, where you select them
- The content of the message you write to us
We also collect limited technical information automatically through our web server and, where enabled, analytics — including IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring source. This is used to operate and improve the site, and to protect the enquiry form against automated abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it
- To prepare a scope of work or proposal where you ask us to
- To maintain a record of enquiries received, for business continuity
- To protect the form against spam and automated submissions
- To comply with any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us
We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries submitted through this website are processed by a script hosted on our own web hosting and delivered to our email accounts. A record is retained on the same hosting. Enquiry content is not routed through third-party form processing services.
Retention
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and thereafter for a reasonable period for business records. Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, related information is retained under the terms of that engagement and any statutory retention requirement.
Confidentiality of project information
Enquiries frequently contain commercially sensitive information about projects, investments and business plans. We treat this as confidential. Where an engagement proceeds, we work under a non-disclosure agreement as standard, and we will confirm in writing where asked that we are not acting for a competing party on the same asset or process.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erase information where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it
- Withdraw a consent you have previously given
To exercise any of these, write to us at the address published on our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is necessary to function, together with analytics where enabled, to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to function.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to stored enquiry records is restricted. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not represent otherwise.
Third-party links
This site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.

Questions or grievances about this policy or our handling of personal information may be addressed to the address published on our contact page, or to our registered office as published on the contact page.
