Industrial Growth Partners
Nexus Industrial & Technical Services Corporation
The name describes the intent. A nexus — the point at which the separate strands of an industrial project are held together by one accountable party.
Why we exist
The coordination risk nobody prices.
A promoter setting up an industrial plant in India typically engages five or six separate parties: a consultant for the detailed project report, an agent for liaison and clearances, a specialist for subsidies, a contractor for civil works, an equipment supplier, and an integrator for automation.
Each is competent within their scope. None of them owns the gaps between the scopes — and that is where industrial projects lose time and money. Equipment arrives before foundations are ready. The power connection is applied for after machinery is installed. The subsidy window closes because nobody was tracking it against the capex decision. The effluent plant is sized for a discharge figure that changed during detailed engineering.
Individually, each of these is a small failure. Collectively they account for most cost and schedule overruns on Indian industrial projects — and the promoter carries all of them, because the promoter is the only party present at every interface.
NITS Corp exists to take that coordination risk off the promoter and put it with a single accountable party. Advisory, approvals, incentives, execution, automation, supply chain and exports under one roof — so the handovers happen inside our organisation rather than across your project.

How we work
From investment to industrial success — in six stages.
Most industrial projects are handed between a feasibility consultant, a liaison agent, a subsidy consultant, an EPC contractor and an automation vendor. Every handover is a gap, and the promoter carries the risk in all of them. We hold the whole line.
- 01
Evaluate
Is this project worth doing?
Feasibility, due diligence, risk assessment and deal structuring — before capital is committed and while changing course is still cheap.
- 02
Plan
What exactly are we building, and where?
Detailed project report, technology and process selection, site identification and plant layout. The document set that lenders, boards and authorities actually act on.
- 03
Approve
What clearances and incentives apply?
Licences and statutory clearances secured in the right sequence — alongside the central and state incentives the project qualifies for, claimed before the eligibility window closes.
- 04
Build
Who carries execution risk?
Turnkey erection, installation, testing and commissioning under project management control, with cost and schedule tracked against the sanctioned plan.
- 05
Operate
How do we run it well?
Automation, ERP and MES, a developed vendor ecosystem, staffing and the environmental and governance reporting that customers and lenders now demand.
- 06
Scale
Where does the next phase of growth come from?
Capacity expansion, diversification, joint ventures, export markets and government supply channels — planned as deliberately as the original project.
Our values
What we hold to
Technical honesty
We will tell you when a project does not work, when a scheme has closed, or when the capital cost is higher than you were told. An assessment that only says yes is not an assessment.
Regulatory rigour
Approvals are sequenced, tracked and closed, and the conditions attached to them are handed over as a live compliance register rather than filed and forgotten.
Execution accountability
Where we hold the mandate, we hold the interfaces. Progress is measured physically against a baseline, not reported as a percentage of value billed.
Confidentiality
We work under NDA as standard, and we will confirm in writing that we are not acting for a competing party on the same asset or process.
Reach
Where we work
We work across India, establishing project, liaison and site offices wherever an engagement requires a continuous presence. Regulatory work is inherently local — state industrial policy, nodal agencies and district authorities differ materially — and it is done on the ground rather than remotely.
Internationally, we advise inbound investors evaluating Indian manufacturing and support export clients into overseas markets, with the ability to establish branch, liaison and representative offices abroad as mandates require.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell you whether the project is viable, what it will take, and what it should cost. There is no charge for that first discussion.
