Engagements

How our mandates are structured

NITS Corp is a young company. Rather than present case studies we have not yet earned, this page sets out honestly how our engagements are shaped and what each involves.

A note on what follows. These are engagement profiles — the shapes our mandates take and what each involves. They are not claimed case studies, and no client, project or outcome is asserted. As completed engagements become publishable we will replace this page with real ones, anonymised where confidentiality requires it.

Engagement profiles

Six common mandate shapes

Greenfield turnkey

DPR → approvals → incentives → commissioning

A promoter with capital and a product but no project experience. We take the mandate from feasibility through site selection, clearances, incentive filing, construction and performance-guaranteed commissioning under a single contract.

15–24 monthsProject ExecutionApprovals & Incentives

Incentive recovery

Eligibility mapping → application → disbursement

An operating manufacturer who suspects they are under-claiming. We map every central and state scheme against the project profile, file what remains open, and follow through the post-sanction compliance to disbursement.

6–18 monthsApprovals & Incentives

India entry

State comparison → entity → site → plant

A foreign investor evaluating Indian manufacturing. We run the state and location comparison, model the incentive position, handle entity and regulatory setup, and deliver the facility.

18–30 monthsInvestment AdvisoryProject Execution

Project recovery

Re-baseline → recovery plan → completion

A project already behind schedule with contested contractor progress. We establish actual physical completion against the original baseline, produce a realistic re-baseline, and manage through to handover.

6–18 monthsProject Execution

Plant modernisation

Constraint analysis → automation → ERP integration

An established plant with quality variation and no reliable operating data. We measure the actual constraint, automate against it, and connect plant floor data to business systems.

9–18 monthsAutomation & Digital

Export channel

Readiness → registrations → market → incentives

A competitive manufacturer with spare capacity and no export channel. We establish registrations, build the costing and incentive position, develop buyers and run the first shipments.

6–12 monthsSupply Chain & Trade
Commissioned production line running under plant lighting
